BACB-196 | COOL-BOX™ Portable Airline Cooling System – 125 PSI
The BACB-196 COOL-BOX™ from Air Systems International delivers chilled, breathable air to workers in high-heat environments—without the noise or complexity of vortex cooling tubes. This portable system connects to any Grade-D compressed air source (up to 125 psi) and cools incoming air to approximately 50°F, even when inlet temperatures reach up to 180°F. Simply add 20 lbs. of ice to the insulated Igloo® cooler to provide 4 to 8 hours of cooling for up to four users.
Designed for use with airline respirators, hoods, or Level A chemical suits, the BACB-196 combines a 3-stage filtration system, adjustable pressure regulator, and NIOSH point-of-attachment components—all housed in a rugged, wheeled cooler for easy transport.
