Built for hazardous location use, the MACK-5500 delivers reliable breathing air, tool air, and SCBA fill capability from multiple air sources in demanding fire and rescue environments.

• Designed to handle incoming pressures from 500 psi up to 5,500 psi, supporting today’s high-pressure SCBA and cascade systems

• Retains all functionality of the MACK-3™ platform with upgraded regulators for higher-pressure applications

• Redundant air management design allows multiple incoming air sources to be connected and managed simultaneously

• “Set-and-forget” outlet pressure control simplifies operation for the air management attendant

• Clearly labeled and separated air circuits improve safety, visibility, and ease of use during emergency operations

Air Distribution Capabilities

• Six (6) low-pressure respirator/tool couplings (0–125 psi)

• Four (4) medium-pressure couplings (0–250 psi)

• SCBA fill capability with adjustable high-pressure fill regulator

Incoming Air Connections

• Four (4) flexible high-pressure SCBA inlet whips (rated to 5,500 psi)

• Two (2) CGA-347 high-pressure inlet adapters with pressure caps

• Air source isolation valve for controlled air management

Monitoring and Safety Features

• Low-pressure warning bell (500 psi alarm set point)

• Low-pressure warning whistle (500 psi alarm set point)

• Two (2) incoming pressure gauges (0–7,500 psi range)

Included Regulators

• Two (2) adjustable breathing air regulators (0–5,500 psi input / 0–125 psi output)

• One (1) adjustable tool air regulator (0–5,500 psi input / 0–275 psi output)

• One (1) adjustable SCBA fill regulator (0–5,500 psi input / 0–5,000 psi output)

• One (1) 5,000 psi rated SCBA fill whip with on/off valve, bleeder valve, and CGA-346/347 hand-tight connection
