Step-by-Step Configuration Guide
1. Tank Size & Vehicle Fit
Choose Bed Size: Short Bed (78" x 48") or Long Bed (96" x 48")
Select Tank Capacity: 150, 200, 250, 300, or 400 gallons
All tanks are NFPA 1901-approved, made from polypropylene, and backed by a lifetime warranty.
2. Pump Options
Honda-Powered Pumps:
6 HP: 60 GPM @ 10 PSI → 20 GPM @ 125 PSI
11 HP: 265 GPM @ 10 PSI → 5 GPM @ 125 PSI
20 HP: 300 GPM @ 10 PSI → 45 GPM @ 200 PSI
3. Discharge Manifold
Material: Painted steel or painted stainless steel
Service Line Valve Options (up to 3):
3/4" Garden Hose
1" Fire Type Valve
1-1/2" Fire Type Valve
2-1/2" Fire Type Valve
All valves include caps and chains
4. Hose Reel Configuration
Include a Hose Reel? Yes or No
Type: Low Profile or Regular Electric Rewind
Booster Hose Options: Rubber or Fabric – 100', 150', or 200'
Optional Add-On: Chrome outriggers with 3-way rollers
5. Foam System
Include Scotty Around-the-Pump Foam System? Yes or No
Foam Supply: Integrated foam cell (8 or 10 gallons) or pickup tube for external container
6. Inlet Suction Manifold
Material: Painted steel or painted stainless steel
Valve Type: Industrial or Fire-Type Ball Valves
Number of Valves:
1 valve (Tank to Pump)
2 valves (Tank to Pump + Draft Side)
Valve Fitting: Male or Female
7. Hose Tray
Include a Hose Tray? Yes or No
Tray Style: Dry or Pre-connected to fire pump outlet
Capacity: Holds up to 200' of hose
8. Storage Frame
Include Storage Frame? Yes or No
Material Options: Steel, Aluminum, or Poly
