CHEMGUARD® - NFF 3x3 UL201

Chemguard® NFF 3x3 UL201 is a next-generation, alcohol-resistant non-fluorinated foam concentrate engineered for rapid knockdown and superior burnback resistance on Class B hydrocarbon and polar solvent fuel fires. UL162 listed and designed in accordance with NFPA Standard 11, this synthetic foam concentrate provides effective fire and vapor suppression at a 3% application rate for both hydrocarbon and polar solvent fuels.

Unlike traditional AR-AFFF products, NFF 3x3 UL201 contains no intentionally added PFAS chemistry, inherently complying with European directives (EU 2017/1000 on PFOA and EU POPs Directive 2019/1021) — making it an environmentally responsible choice without sacrificing performance

Performance & Proportioning

• Recommended operational range: 35 °F to 120 °F (2 °C to 49 °C)

• Proportioning: Works with most conventional in-line proportioning equipment (balanced pressure pump proportioners, bladder tanks, venturi-type proportioners, and handline nozzles with fixed eductor/pick-up tubes)

• Foam characteristics (EN 1568-3: 2008):

  • Expansion Ratio > 7:1 (fresh water), > 6:1 (salt water)

  • 25% Drain Time > 40 min (fresh water)

  • 50% Drain Time > 60 min (fresh water)
