However, some of the products we distribute are subject to territory restrictions set by the manufacturers, which limits where we can ship certain brands.

Products Available for Shipping

Most products listed on our website are available for shipping anywhere in the United States, with prices displayed for your convenience.

Territory-Restricted Products

Due to exclusive territory agreements established by the manufacturers, certain products can only be sold online to customers in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine (and, in some cases, Vermont). Below is a list of brands that fall under this restriction:

For these restricted items, you will see a "Call for Pricing" label. While these restrictions are beyond our control, we encourage you to contact us if you’re interested in these products. Our team will explore every available option to accommodate your needs, whether by identifying a way to ship the item or providing additional information on the restrictions in place.

Freight Considerations

Freight charges are applied to all shipments and are calculated based on the shipping destination, weight, and the type of product being shipped. These costs will be communicated clearly during the ordering process.

Important Pricing Update

Due to recent tariff changes, some product prices listed on our website may not reflect current surcharge adjustments. If an order is placed with pricing that does not account for these updates, a member of our team will contact you to review and confirm the correct amount.

Additional Notes

STIHL Chainsaws: These products cannot be shipped and must be picked up at our warehouse, where a Stihl-trained team member will assemble the chainsaw and provide an Important Safety Demonstration.
T&J Rescue Enterprises: These products are shipped to our warehouse first and then sent to the customer. Please also note that while the T&J TL-9 Spreader is designed to work with all extrication spreaders, due to manufacturer guidelines, this product is available for purchase through IPS only if intended for use with Holmatro rescue tools.
